Bad 1st impression. Member of Staff, by mistake, tells me for 2 days that prescription has not come from the surgery. Missed one day's medicine due to that mistake. I was made to got to and fro from surgery to rectify 'their mistake'. On confronted to call the surgery they checked in another system and bluffed that the prescription had just came through when the surgery had given the prescription on the previous day at 12.22pm. Very unfortunate that chemists take their jobs callously :(
